The Language Ambassadors

Nørre G’s Language Ambassadors (Sprogambassadører) have been formed to strengthen the language identity at Nørre G.

The Language Ambassadors are a group of language students from Nørre’s various language study programmes who in future will be acting as ambassadors tasked with strengthening the language identity at Nørre G and helping create increased interest for languages among the school’s students.

Languages play an important role
Among other things, the Language Ambassadors will visit organisations, places of education and businesses where languages play an important role. The group will meet people from different parts of the business community who are occupied with languages on a daily basis and hear their ’takes’ on why language abilities are important at a workplace and what they are useful for.

Spokespersons passing on information
The task of the Language Ambassadors will be to pass on the acquired knowledge of language learning to the school’s other students helping them understand how giving it can be to learn languages. In future, the Language Ambassadors will be Nørre G’s language spokespersons, and the group are looking forward to many talks with the school’s students about language subjects. We hope many more students will love languages just as much as we do!
