Visiting Days at Nørre Gymnasium

Pre-IB
We offer a number of Visiting Days in the pre-IB through December, January and February.  

Programme of the day (may be amended)
You meet at the Reception on the first floor at 9.15 where you will be welcomed by the IB Student Counsellor and tutors from the pre-IB. After a brief intro, the tutors will take you for a guided tour of the school. You will go with your tutors to two classes as well as the lunch break (bring lunch or buy at the school cafeteria). At 13.30 you will have a Q&A with our Student Counsellor ending around 14.00.

IB DP
In December, January and February we offer a number of days with different combinations of 3 IB subjects. 

Your visit will include:

• Following class sessions in the subject packages of your choice with your assigned IB DP student host all day
• Lunch break
• Round-off in a Q&A session with the IB Coordinator

This year's IB Information Evening
for the International programmes - the pre-IB and the IB Diploma programme - took place at Nørre Gymnasium on Tuesday 13 January 2026 at 18.00-20.00. 

The event started with joint information in the Assembly Hall after which it was possible to meet both students and teachers in subject booths set up in the foyer. Here, participants could also meet the IB Coordinator and the Student Counsellor as well as join our student tour guides for a view of the school facilities. The joint information in the Assembly Hall was live streamed, makong it possible to get the information even if you were not able to participate.

Orientation Saturday
Are you unable to come to our open event for the International programmes, e.g., due to attending "Efterskole"?

Then, when relevant, you and your family can sign up for our orientation Saturday with information about both the Danish and International programmes at Nørre Gymnasium. 

We start at 10.00 with a joint introduction. After this, the Stx (=Danish line) and pre-IB/IB DP (=international lines) will continue with separate information sessions. The day will end at approximately 12.00.
