UNESCO, Sustainable World Goals, and environment Committee
As a UNESCO-school, of course, Nørre G has a committee focused on the Sustainable World Goals.
The committee works throughout the school year to create focus on and awareness about UNESCO, UN's Sustainable World Goals, and the environment both in the daily classes as well as at special events.
An example well worth mentioning, is the UNESCO-week which they arranged for the whole school at the start of the school year 2022-23. The week was kick started Monday morning with a joint module for all 2nd and 3rd year students in the Stx and the IB meant to unify both years, building a bridge between the Stx and the IB, as well as motivating and engaging all our students.
