Nørre G's students sent home
After consulting the Danish Patient Safety Authority, we have decided to close down Nørre G for all students during week 41 and switch to virtual teaching i.e. necessity teaching (nødundervisning). This means that the students may not come to school until week 43 after the fall break in week 42. During week 41, all students must participate in the virtual teaching according to their teachers’ instruction, and absence will be registered.
The decision is made on the basis of the several cases of Corona diagnoses among students in various classes. Two teachers have also been diagnosed with Corona. Furthermore, several teachers and students are already home while waiting for test results. We and the Safety Authority consider that a temporary close-down is necessary in order to proactively break the chain of infection to be able to come to school physically again in week 43.
The school’s phone is open, and the management, administration and janitorial staff will be present during the school’s usual opening hours.
Furthermore, the guidelines regarding infection and suspected infection still apply:

All confirmed cases of corona diagnoses must be reported to the management, and the management continues to be responsible for further information about reported cases.

Management
